Bill Walton – Sports Icon and Motivational Speaker

Speaking Industry

BILL WALTON spoke at a dinner event last week for Irving Place Capital in Las Vegas.  The next morning I woke up to this email in my inbox:

“It was an amazingly, spectacular event with Mr. Walton .  Our customers and guests were blown away with his genuineness — intelligence — outlook on life and compassion toward others — and their “one and lifetime” opportunity to meet a living legend.”

The head of strategic services who hosted the conference email went on:

“Bill went out of his way to make EVERY person in the room feel like they mattered — and he personally spent time talking to each of them. Simply unbelievable, which an email cannot describe.”

Bill Walton has only been with us for a few weeks but he’s already off to a great start.  His autobiography, Back from the Dead, is coming in March and will add to his already strong visibility covering hoops this season for ESPN and Pac12 Network telecasts.

Back From the Dead new

Bill Walton – the bona-fide basketball legend; the popular broadcaster; the cultural icon and Grateful Dead fanatic; the generous philanthropist, the bike enthusiast – is also an exceptional motivational speaker.  His personal story of health challenges off the court is one of the great comeback stories of all time.  He’s an inspiring figure on and off the stage.

D’Amelio Network is honored to be working with this extraordinary man.
